| Q: How do we begin?
First, fill out the order form and we will contact you by email.
We'll first discuss your needs and go over your 'wish list'. Once
everything has been established and we're both are on the same page
so to speak, we will email you an estimated quote. Once this quote
is approved by you, we will email you our standard contract. Reply
to the email with the subject line "approved," submit your agreed
upon deposit and work will begin.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and ATM cards via PayPal. We also accept
checks and money orders in U.S. funds. You will not be charged the
balance until you have approved the water-marked design. We do not
disclose any submitted information to anyone other than the credit
card company for processing.
Q: Once Brina.com creates my graphics, how can I view them?
We will post your graphics to our current "client work" page for
you to review and critique. We will email you the web address when
the image(s) is ready to be viewed.
Q: Do I get revisions? What if I'm not too sure about the image?
We intend to satisfy. After our initial consultation and agreement,
we will be happy to supply you with with three revisions at no additional
charge. You will have 10 working days to identify any changes you
would like (the number of days may be extended for large projects,
at our discretion). If you decide to add images or work which was
not agreed upon before the project was started, there will be an
additional charge, discussed with you at that time.
Q: Can I have stationary (letterhead) made from my logo?
Yes, and there are a few options. We can provide you with a very
high resolution "tif" or "eps" image which you can use to take to
your local printer.
Q: Where are you located?
We are based in San Diego, California (75 degrees and sunny
:). If you're in the area, we would love to drop by for a personal
meeting.
